Discover the Chabot house, a town house completely transformed in the image of the family it houses, warm and joyful, radiant and colorful.

This townhouse reveals upon entry a spacious open area, combining an office with a custom-made library for the owners' book collection. The modern living room is centered around a wood-burning fireplace, complemented by a dark green sofa. The dining room retains a brick wall, close to a sleek American walnut kitchen with white quartz countertop and backsplash. The original staircase is accented by a white metal railing, leading to upstairs where we find bedrooms ana bright bathroom with terrazzo and white oak finishes, evoking serenity and luxury.
